Problems?

Whenever a web designer attempts to produce a “really nice” site, we run the risk of some of our visitors’ browsers failing to display what we intended.  We also can’t test our site on all possible configurations.   If you are having any trouble with our site, we really want to know about it and will do what we can to fix the troubles.

If you are using MS Internet Explorer, try Netscape Navigator.  We generally have better luck with the latter.  You can download and install the latest versions of the MS Internet Explorer and/or the Netscape Navigator.

If the roses aren’t blooming properly, try reloading the page.

If your troubles persist, we are really concerned -- please tell us what is going on so we can have a crack at fixing it.  Send us a note with a summary of the symptoms as well as your browser name and version, your operating system and version, size of screen (in pixels x pixels), amount of free hard drive space, anything else which may be relevant.  Have you tried another computer or a second browser?  What have you tried and what were the results?
